Eligibility
You must use Cred-It in compliance with applicable law and only for legitimate personal use unless we agree otherwise. By using Cred-It, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service, our systems, or other users.
Beta Access
Beta access, early testing, and waitlist invitations are limited, discretionary, and may change or be withdrawn at any time. Features, availability, and stored beta data may change before release.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the service or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not upload unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content.
- Do not interfere with the operation, integrity, or security of Cred-It.
- Do not impersonate others or provide false account details.
User Content
You are responsible for any content you upload, submit, or share through Cred-It, including profile information, images, and activity-related content. You must only upload content that you own or have permission to use, and you must not upload content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringes the rights of others. By submitting content to Cred-It, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, process, moderate, and use that content as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Subscriptions and Paid Features
Paid features and subscription billing, where offered, are handled through the relevant app store and supporting subscription infrastructure. Subscription terms, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the policies of the relevant app store and subscription platform.
Intellectual Property
Cred-It branding, software, design, and content remain the property of Cred-It or its licensors unless stated otherwise.
Availability and Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any feature, content, or data.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Cred-It if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or use the service in an unlawful or abusive manner. You may stop using the service at any time, and you may delete your account from within the app, subject to legal, operational, or security-related retention requirements.
Disclaimers
Cred-It may include user-submitted content, activity data, and information that changes over time. We do not guarantee that all content, statistics, rankings, or other information available through the service is complete, accurate, or current.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cred-It is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the date above and provide notice where appropriate. Your continued use of Cred-It after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
