Overview
Cred-It collects and uses personal information to operate the app, manage accounts, support subscriptions, process waitlist registrations, and improve the product.
Information We Collect
We may collect information directly from you when you create an account, sign in, edit your profile, join the waitlist, upload content, contact support, make a purchase, or use app features. This may include:
- name, email address, username, account status and role information, and account details
- waitlist registration details and feedback you submit
- ride logs, park activity, profile information, social activity, and content you submit
- purchase and subscription status, entitlement information, and related account identifiers returned by RevenueCat and Apple
- Sign in with Apple information made available to us, such as your email address if you choose to share it
- support communications and operational records related to app security, reliability, and abuse prevention
How We Use Information

- manage subscriptions, restores, and premium entitlements
- send launch updates, beta invites, and product emails
- operate app features, rankings, social features, and stats
- improve performance, reliability, and product decisions

Payments and Subscriptions
Cred-It uses RevenueCat and the relevant app store payment systems to manage subscription status and entitlement information. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers.
Data Sharing
We may share limited personal information with service providers that help us operate Cred-It:
- RevenueCat, to manage subscriptions, restore purchases, validate entitlement status, and support premium access. This may include your name, email address, username, account status and role information, and app user ID.
- Apple, to support Sign in with Apple and App Store purchase and subscription systems. If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple may provide us with your email address if you choose to share it.
- Railway, which hosts parts of our application infrastructure and stores data on our behalf.
- Google Workspace, which we use for email and support communications. Emails sent to us may include your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own advertising purposes. We require service providers that process personal information on our behalf to protect it appropriately and to use it only for the services they provide to us.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to operate Cred-It, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, and protect the safety and security of the service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account except where we need to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business recordkeeping purposes. Beta and prelaunch data may be reset or removed before full public release.
Your Choices
You can update account information within the app and delete your account from within the Cred-It app, subject to legal or security requirements. You can also unsubscribe from launch emails where applicable and manage device permissions, such as camera access, from your device settings. If you have privacy questions or want to request deletion or access, you can contact us using the details below. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent by changing your device settings, discontinuing use of the relevant feature, or contacting us where applicable.
